Owner and lead esthetician
Tawana opened Steep so that a facial could fit before a meeting. She begins every one with a skin check, works with mature skin and acne-prone skin, and tells you when a dermatologist is the better next step.
Lead massage therapist
Youngmi works with slow, even pressure and a lot of patience for necks and shoulders. She leads the deep tissue visits and speaks Korean and English.
Front desk and guest services
Nereida runs the front desk and keeps the day on time. She can find a gap in a full evening, and she speaks Spanish and English.
