What sets the price of a visit, and where you see it.
What decides the price
Length comes first: a 30-minute service and a 90-minute one are priced apart. After that, the kind of service, who gives it and any add-on. Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page beside each time.

What the consultation covers
Every visit starts with a minute of talk: pressure and any area to avoid for a massage, a short skin check for a facial. It is part of your time, so a 30-minute visit still gets 30 minutes of work.
Deposits
A single visit takes no deposit. A group booking asks for a card to hold the time, and it goes toward the visit.
Canceling or running late
Tell us at least 12 hours ahead and we will move or cancel your time. If you arrive late the service is shortened, not stretched into the next guest's time.
How levels set the price
Our owner, a senior esthetician, is priced differently from a newer team member, and a lead therapist from a new one. The booking page shows the price for each person when you choose who to book with.
Add-ons and changes on the day
An add-on lengthens your visit by the time shown. It is priced on the booking page or at check-in, and you can add one on the day when there is room before the next guest.
Tipping
Tips are never added to your bill. Leave one at the front desk or when you check out online if you'd like, and it goes to the person who looked after you.
A gift card works for any amount and for any service. Buy one online or at the front desk, and ask us about expiry rules in your state.
