What to expect at Steep
If you have never had a massage or a facial, or never had one on your lunch hour, start here.
Wear what you came in. We provide a robe, slippers, towels and a locker. You choose the pressure, you stay covered, and you can say stop at any moment.
Your first visit

Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a length and a time online, or call the front desk. Tell us if it is your first visit and we will keep a few minutes at the start for the talk.

Step 2: When you arrive
Come five to ten minutes early. Nereida checks you in, shows you to a locker and hands you a robe and slippers. Hair up if it is long.

Step 3: What to expect
Your therapist or esthetician asks about pressure, skin and anything to avoid, then starts. You stay covered, and you can ask to change pressure or stop at any moment.

A warm towel, a glass of water and a few minutes to dress. Book the next visit at the desk or online while you are here.
