Lunch-hour visits
Thirty minutes, door to door in forty-five
A short visit works when nothing around it is wasted. Here is how ours is set up.
Lockers are by the door, robes are on the bench and the first minute of your time is the talk, not a form. When your service ends, a warm towel and a glass of water are waiting while you dress.

Step 1: Arrive five minutes early
Nereida checks you in, shows you to a locker and gives you a robe and slippers. Hair up if it is long, and phone off or on silent.
Five minutes to change

Step 2: Thirty minutes of work
Your therapist or esthetician asks one or two questions about pressure or skin, then gets to work. Your time starts when you do.

Step 3: Dress and go
A warm towel, a glass of water and a mirror. Book the next short visit at the desk if you like.
Ten minutes to dress and leave
Short visits, short answers
What if I am running late?
Call the front desk. If you arrive late, we shorten the service so the next guest isn't kept waiting, and it still ends on time.
Can I come in work clothes?
Yes. There are lockers and robes, and a place to hang a jacket. For a facial, leave heavy makeup at home if you can; we remove it first.
Will I have time to eat afterward?
Plan on ten minutes to dress and go. Many people book a service at the start of their lunch break and eat on the way back.
Which services are 30 minutes?
Express massage, desk reset, express facial and scalp and shoulders. The menu lists each with its length.
Book the time you have
Choose a length and a time online. If your time is tight, call and Nereida will help you fit it in.
