What happens on a first visit?
You check in, change into a robe, and your therapist or esthetician asks about pressure or skin before starting. The first visit page has the steps.
How early should I arrive?
Five minutes before your time, and ten for a first visit, so you can change and settle in.
What do I wear, and what do you provide?
Come as you are. We provide a robe, slippers, towels and a locker. Hair up if it is long.
Can I book if I am pregnant or have a heart condition?
Check with your doctor first. If you are pregnant, take a medicine that affects your skin, or have a health or skin condition, ask before you book.
Do you take walk-ins?
When a therapist or esthetician is open. Call or check the booking page first.
How do gift cards work?
They work for any amount and any service. Buy one online or at the front desk, and the person you give it to books their own time.
Can I move or cancel a booking?
Yes, at least 12 hours ahead. Call the front desk or use the link in your confirmation.
Can I bring coworkers or friends?
Yes. Groups of three to six are booked by phone with the front desk, a week ahead when you can.
Do you speak other languages?
Youngmi speaks Korean and English, and Nereida speaks Spanish and English.
Where do I park?
Street parking is on Telegraph Avenue and the side streets. The entrance is at street level.
